Ruddy Dance needed imagery for the 2007 season publicity, so Jeanne Ruddy headed to NJ with dancers, Gabrielle Revlock, Meredith Riley Stewart, and Christine Taylor. With them were photographer, Bob Emmott, his assistant, Charlie Heiser, and Ellen Fishman Johnson who is composing music for Jeanne's newest work, Oceans 1: Wetlands .
It was early December, the sun was shining, the temperature about 50 degrees and the dancers were barefoot.
Ruddy Dance thanks The Cape May Bird Observatory and The Wetlands Institute for letting us photograph on their land—and warm up in their buildings.
